I’ll be teaching a section of a Cinema 4D motion class at Utah Valley University this semester, and have been creating examples of the projects the kids will be doing in class. This weekend I threw together this concept of a square soda can/bottle with pop off caps, like you might find on the square containers of chicken broth. A fun idea, I think, it’s been a while since I did something solely for the purpose of fun in Cinema 4D, a trend that I would like to continue for sure. - Read More -
In my youth I was a bit of a PC gamer, since high school I really haven’t spent much time playing games, the only exception being the occasional stint playing one of the many installments in the Battlefield franchise. I’ve always enjoyed the realistic feel of these games and became enamored with destructible environments when introduced in the Bad Company spinoff. The most recent installment, Battlefield 4, has advanced the look and feel of the combat game to an unbelievable level of realism. So much energy and attention is put into crafting these high end pieces of entertainment, they really deserve to be experienced by everyone.

One of me favorite weathers is the summer rain storm, the kind that kill the stifling heat of the late summer. Recently we were gifted such a storm, and living west of Utah lake, we are privy to some pretty awesome views as these storms roll across the valley.
